📋 Description

• Own website development and ops for openzeppelin.com; ensure uptime and fast load.
• Lead CMS migration from HubSpot to a modern stack (Next.js/Webflow) from planning to deployment.
• Build interactive web experiences (live code playgrounds, dashboards, ROI tools).
• Implement technical SEO and Core Web Vitals; structured data for AI discovery.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, staging environments, CDN, and monitoring.
• Create conversion-focused landing pages and lead capture widgets.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, DevRel, and Content teams to implement designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years web development with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with a modern CMS (Webflow, Contentful, Sanity, or similar).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, web performance, and analytics.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment platforms (Vercel, Netlify).
• Eye for design; translate mockups into responsive production-grade code.
• Self-driven, proactive; work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on with AI tools, LLM APIs, or automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier).
