Hair Stylist

The Hair Stylist is a position working out of our Lehi Office reporting directly to the People Experience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a fun atmosphere by managing and completing appointments for Weave employees for haircuts, waxes, scalp treatments, and more. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and willing to assist the needs of others.

• This position will be in office

• Reports to: People Experience Manager

What You Will Own

• Manage and perform appointments made by Weave employees while sticking to a strict schedule

• Find employees to fill in a schedule when gaps arise.

• Daily and weekly cleaning of the salon

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

• Current Utah Cosmetology License

• Ability to work in our Lehi office

• Standing for long periods of time

• Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds

• Skillfully cutting both men’s and women’s hair

• Ability to perform lip, eyebrow, and nose waxes

• Ability to do blowouts

• Skilled at styling women’s hair (no updos)

• Ability to perform scalp treatments
