The Director of Mid-Market Sales at Weave will lead and drive the overall mid-market sales initiative. This strategic role requires extensive experience in managing complex sales pipelines, forecasting, and setting expectations for a high-performing team. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to establish sales strategies, optimize processes, and achieve revenue targets within the healthcare sector.

This position will be hybrid- MTW in office, Th/Fri optional remote

Reports to: VP of Sales 

What You Will Own (Responsibilities)

  • Lead and mentor a team of mid-market account executives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new territories.
  • Oversee the management of complex sales cycles and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs and product offerings.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Play a pivotal role in working with large strategic accounts. Communicating and strategizing to help the strategic accounts manager close business.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job (minimum qualifications- education, experience, certifications, skills)

  • Extensive experience in SaaS sales leadership, with a track record of success in managing mid-market and enterprise sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including experience with DSOs or similar corporate entities.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and effective sales management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
