📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build client onboarding and Home experiences
• Drive backend systems for consolidation initiatives at scale
• Partner with design, product, and data to guide clients through consolidation
• Contribute to architecture for large-scale back-end systems
• Build features through rapid prototyping with tight feedback loops
• Maintain and improve the most visited Wealthsimple mobile and web surfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for product-led growth and cross-functional collaboration
• Comfortable across the tech stack, with back-end expertise
• Prior experience guiding architecture for large-scale back-end systems
• Embraces experiments and rapid prototyping in product roll-outs
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React / React Native, TypeScript is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
