- Field inquiries from financial advisors, investors and internal stakeholders about KKR investments
- Support onboarding and implementation of offerings on platforms (banks/RIAs/custodians/BDs)
- Help oversee relationships with transfer agents, administrators, and outside counsel
- Develop expertise on distribution partners' platforms; be resident KKR expert for advisor inquiries
- Liaise with product, finance and transfer agents on client inquiries, resolution and reconciliation
- Assist with ad hoc projects and research for Client Operations and GWS
🎯 Requirements
- 4-8 years in investor relations or similar support, alt investments preferred
- Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of alternatives and private markets
- Experience with offshore investment vehicles and structures
- Strong AML and CRS regulatory knowledge
- Experience with distribution platforms, including iCapital and Allfunds
- MS Office proficiency; Series 7 and 63 preferred
