Own construction, activation, and operation of a new ultrapure water facility
Design and productionize mechanical and fluid systems to meet requirements
Interpret lab data and operator feedback to maintain safe operations
Develop and improve operational procedures and process equipment
Build partnerships with operations, engineering, EHS, facilities, OEMs, and suppliers
Identify and champion continuous improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
1+ years in manufacturing or fluids/mechanical design
3+ years hands-on wastewater treatment experience
Experience with process parameters for temperature, pressure, flow, and power
Ability to read PFDs, P&IDs, CAD drawings, BOMs
Experience with lockout/tagout and hot work permitting
