- IAM Level I (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP) certifications.
- At least 3 years of operations staff experience supporting the Watch Team.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, SharePoint.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies for networking, servers, and applications.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24x7 shift-based environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Background in IT business processes and cyber incident response.
- Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework.
- Experience with Remedy ticketing system.
