- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and rapid decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work on the floor for 8+ hours
- Flexible to address issues outside standard hours, including nights/weekends
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) and learning new tech
