🎯 Requirements
- Experience in a lead role in distribution site and/or fleet management.
- Confident communicator with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Friendly, proactive approach to customers; handle escalations.
- Computer literate and open to adopting new tech.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; resilient and adaptable to change.
- Full UK Driving Licence (max 3 points).
- Forklift driving experience/licence a plus.
- Flexible shifts between 06:00–22:00, any day.
