📋 Description

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely supply to production lines with no disruptions.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate warehousing activities.
• Drive KPIs for cost savings, service levels, and safety.
• Schedule and train associates; maintain staffing.
• Ensure next shift is set up for success via handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years leadership in high-volume warehousing.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments; SQF or AIB audits.
• Ability to write reports and work instructions professionally.
• Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, development, and issues.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• High school diploma; 5+ years manufacturing leadership.
