Collaborate with Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure smooth site operations.
Maintain 100% stock counts across designated areas.

Operational experience in fast-paced environments (FMCG/retail/warehouse).
Track record of hitting targets (pick times, dispatch KPIs).
Lead by example; coach junior team members.
Proactive problem-solving to improve site operations.
