Onboard, train, and lead Mechanics; assign daily tasks.
Maintain a team-oriented environment; integrate new Mechanics.
Ensure vehicle safety and compliance via quality checks before deployment.
Manage vehicle operations: inspection, rotation, check-in/out.
Support inventory management of tools, parts, and vehicles.
Identify issues and perform small field repairs to keep vehicles in top condition.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years managing a warehouse with direct people management.
Lean/continuous improvement experience.
Strong mechanics experience preferred.
Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Self-directed with ability to work in a team.
