  • Onboard, train, and lead a team of Mechanics; assign daily tasks.
  • Maintain a team-oriented environment and integrate new Mechanics.
  • Ensure safety and quality checks before deployment of vehicles.
  • Manage vehicle operations: inspection, rotation, check-in/out.
  • Support inventory management of tools, parts, and vehicles.
  • Identify issues and perform small repairs to keep vehicles in top condition.

🎯 Requirements

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
  • 3-5 years warehouse management with direct people management.
  • Experience working toward KPIs and process metrics.
  • Lean/continuous improvement experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanics experience preferred.
  • Fast learner; strong time management and organization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-directed with ability to work independently.
