Warehouse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise a department; flex to other depts as needed.
• Provide start/end of shift reports.
• Lead shift team to meet productivity targets.
• Oversee quality of work; support quality, safety goals.
• Conduct coaching and counseling with associates.
• Train and cross-train employees across functions.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years people management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Engage employees with a welcoming, constructive approach
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
