Leads daily receiving, picking and order processing operations.
Trains new hires and ensures ISO procedures are followed.
Manages daily cycle counting and issue resolution.
Communicates daily with Warehouse Management on issues needing attention.
Supports special projects like capacity planning and stock projects.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years experience leading people in a distribution environment
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management
Maintain strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Willing to learn forklift operation
