Warehouse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee and optimize service center performance for smooth operations.
• Lead a team of Mechanics, assign daily tasks, and ensure workflow.
• Uphold safety standards and complete quality checks prior to deployment.
• Manage vehicle operations: inspection, rotation, check in/out.
• Support inventory management and organization of tools, parts, vehicles.
• Enforce safety procedures to keep Bird riders on safe vehicles.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in managing and maintaining a warehouse with direct people management.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
• Knowledge and process experience toward KPIs.
• Process improvement experience (lean, continuous improvement).
• Strong mechanics experience preferred.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
