Warehouse Service Associate

📋 Description

• Manage warehouse inventory for security/low-voltage equipment.
• Stage and prepare materials for field technicians ahead of installations.
• Track inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Support scheduling and dispatching of technicians to service calls.
• Use Service Titan to process tickets.
• Provide customer service by phone and route service requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to pass a background check.
• Inventory management experience in a warehouse, preferably with security/low-voltage gear.
• Customer service experience including professional phone support.
• Scheduling and dispatching experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
