🎯 Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (HGV C+E) license for shunting duties.
- Willingness to work in a cold-store environment and learn MHE (Reach, Counterbalance).
- Experience with Counterbalance, PPT, or LLOP is highly desirable.
- Comfortable using warehouse IT equipment and software.
- English literacy and numeracy; able to read and understand instructions.
- Committed to food quality and safety; PPE compliance.
