🎯 Requirements
- Essential: Class 1 (HGV C+E) license.
- Willing to work in cold-store environment and training on MHE (Reach, Counterbalance).
- Previous experience with Counterbalance, PPT, or LLOP is highly desirable.
- Confident using warehouse IT equipment.
- Able to work in temperatures as low as -40 degrees and outside yard work.
- Adaptable to changing roles and responsibilities.
