Oversee receiving of ingredients and packaging to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Review site layouts to optimize storage and handling.
Drive distribution model across Protein, Produce, Dairy, Dry Goods, and Packaging.
Implement SOPs and checks against invoices and orders.
Train and develop the Marketplace team for required skills.
Drive continuous improvement across receiving, counting, purchasing, QA and food safety.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in a similar warehousing/receiving role (food preferred).
3+ years of people management experience.
Strong HACCP and OSHA knowledge.
Experience in food procurement, replenishment and stock keeping.
Inventory management in a warehouse with perishable goods.
Expert in ERP/MRP/WMS (SAP, NetSuite, Infor, etc.).
