Warehouse Manager - Inventory Control

📋 Description

• Manage daily inbound, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping.
• Oversee site staff planning and shift routines (headcount/vendors).
• Enforce safety, OSHA, security, and 5S standards.
• Execute cycle counts and inventory reconciliations per IC program.
• Coordinate with Data Center Operations and carriers/3PL partners.
• Serve as on-site operational owner for the warehouse.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years (IC2) / 5+ years (IC3) in warehouse, inventory, or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with receiving, shipping, and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and barcode workflows.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs (dock-to-stock, accuracy, throughput).
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety, OSHA, and security requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
