- Interface with Data Center Ops and carriers for warehouse execution.
- Enforce safety, OSHA, security, and 5S compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years (IC2) / 5+ years (IC3) in warehouse or logistics ops.
- Hands-on experience managing receiving, shipping, and cycle counts.
- Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and barcode labeling workflows.
- Proven KPI results (dock-to-stock, accuracy, throughput).
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety, OSHA, and security.
- Ability to coach Inventory Control Specialists and set priorities.
