🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead fast-paced warehouse teams.
Experience in wholesale/logistics or distribution preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance.
