Lead setup and organization of the new warehouse layout and workflows
Manage inventory transition to the new facility (receiving, organizing, tracking)
Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping
Coordinate workloads and shipment schedules for on-time fulfillment
Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and system transactions
Own carrier and 3PL relationships, ensuring service levels

🎯 Requirements

Experience supervising warehouse/shipping/receiving in manufacturing or distribution
Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory handling
Ability to lead people, solve problems, and make real-time decisions
Comfortable on the floor addressing issues directly
Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping documentation, and material handling equipment
Working knowledge of safety requirements for warehouse operations
