Lead daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse per OSHA and company standards
Optimize layout and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
Collaborate with Supply Chain to develop standard work and best practices

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
5 years warehouse experience in manufacturing or fulfillment
2 years management experience
Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP (Netsuite) platforms
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Fluency in Spanish and English
