- Support daily wholesale distribution operations.
- Serve as backup Designated Representative when DR is unavailable.
- Assist with receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
- Maintain facility SOPs and update as needed.
- Maintain records for lots, expiration dates, and traceability.
- Ensure DSCSA compliance and verify trading partners.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience with a pharmaceutical distributor (receiving, storage, shipment, and compliance).
- Background in pharmacy or PA Pharmacist license preferred.
- Experience with state boards, DEA or FDA regulatory inspections.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and environmental monitoring tools.
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or life sciences/engineering preferred.
- Understanding of DSCSA serialization/traceability, state licensing for wholesale/manufacturing/distribution, and cGMP fundamentals.
