📋 Description

• Act as lead in a department; flex to other departments as needed.
• Guide and train employees on warehouse guidelines and updates.
• Serve as primary contact to guide and train associates on best practices.
• Ensure adherence to methods and safety standards; communicate positively.
• Address problems and audit to identify issues; provide feedback.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment; lead by example.

🎯 Requirements

• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality, lead, or training roles.
• Strong problem-solving and motivational skills.
• Computer experience: Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Lead by example; motivate employees to maximize productivity and quality.
