📋 Description

• Lead the department and flex to other areas as needed
• Guide and train associates on warehouse guidelines and new procedures
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment; lead by example
• Oversee daily area operations; ensure readiness for next shift
• Enforce compliance and high-quality standards; conduct audits
• Communicate respectfully about quality issues with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in a quality, lead, or training role
• Strong problem-solving and motivational skills
• Computer experience including Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets
• Dependable and punctual
