- Ability to learn HRIS, timekeeping, and reporting tools.
- Clear professional communication with employees at all levels.
- Flexibility to cover night or weekend hours for 24/7 support.
- Experience with hourly workers in warehouse, retail, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of timekeeping, payroll systems, and wage/hour compliance.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Physical: lift up to 25 lbs; stand/walk; bending/kneeling.
