  • Coordinate scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist investigations, audits, and compliance reporting.

  • Provide consistent HR support across day and night shifts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years HR, payroll, or admin experience.
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to handle confidential info.
  • Ability to learn HRIS, timekeeping, and reporting tools.
  • Clear professional communication with employees at all levels.
  • Flexibility to cover night or weekend hours for 24/7 support.
  • Experience with hourly workers in warehouse, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of timekeeping, payroll systems, and wage/hour compliance.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Physical: lift up to 25 lbs; stand/walk; bending/kneeling.
