Lead daily warehouse ops: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping.
Ensure OSHA-compliant, safe, organized warehouse.
Optimize layout and processes for efficiency and cost.
Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and reconciliation.
Oversee bulk wholesale order fulfillment and SLAs; align production/shipping.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
10 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or fulfillment.
5 years of Warehouse Management experience.
Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP platforms.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
