Lead safe, efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and returns.
Own inventory accuracy with cycle counting, reconciliations, and corrective actions.
Drive ERP/WMS discipline: item master hygiene, location control, RF scanning, workflows.
Establish daily/weekly routines with KPIs and cross-functional alignment.
Improve throughput, space, and labor productivity using Lean, 5S, slotting.
Develop leadership bench via staffing, coaching, and performance management.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related.
10+ years in warehouse/distribution with leadership in fast-paced ops.
Proven improvements in inventory accuracy and ERP/WMS-driven controls.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and material flow.
Analytical, KPI-driven leadership with productivity and cost control results.
Preferred: experience in regulated environments (GMP, traceability) and CPIM/CSCP.
