Warehouse Department Supervisor 2B

📋 Description

• Lead and direct high-volume outbound B2C warehouse team
• Supervise picking, packing, shipping, receiving and fulfillment
• Ensure same-day shipping nationally and internationally via expedited carriers
• Maintain safe, organized work environment; drive process improvements
• Coordinate with inventory management and quality assurance
• Plan labor and schedule to meet department productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends
• MS Office (Word/Excel) and Google Workspace
• 3-5 years warehouse experience in automated environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; strong judgment
