Warehouse Department Supervisor 1B

📋 Description

• Lead high-volume outbound warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping)
• Coordinate activities for same-day shipping nationally and internationally
• Maintain a safe, orderly work environment and vendor relations
• Plan schedules and manage labor to meet productivity targets
• Train new team members; monitor performance and coaching
• Improve inventory accuracy and cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Office
• 3-5 years in warehouse experience in automated environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
