- Must be present in the San Jose office 5 days a week.
- Perform warehouse tasks: cycle counting, receiving, put-away, picking/packing, shipments.
- Move materials across designated areas per process standards.
- Understand full flow of materials within warehouse locations.
- Participate in physical inventories and reconcile with Inventory Control Specialists.
- Ensure accurate ERP transactions (NetSuite or equivalent) and follow SOPs.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, and materials handling.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software (NetSuite a plus).
- Basic MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
