📋 Description

• Manage projects from start to finish.
• Lead internal and external design teams.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate each project phase.
• Provide construction services (site visits, review shop drawings, etc.).
• Be the primary client contact and ensure exceptional service.
• Assemble consultant team and coordinate contracts for the project.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
• Experience managing retail roll out or food & beverage projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• AutoCAD and Revit skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
• Thorough knowledge of building codes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
