📋 Description

• Plan and manage interior design projects from concept to construction.
• Lead internal and external teams across project phases.
• Manage budgets, work plans, and invoices; ensure project success.
• Develop and review contract documents; coordinate consultants.
• Serve as primary client contact with strong leadership and service.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in interior design or architecture.
• Diverse commercial project experience (industrial, office, retail).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• NCIDQ or ARIDO preferred.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; coordinate docs.
