📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between doctor and patient, building rapport with exam patients
• Perform preliminary clinical data collection (autorefraction, visual acuity, eye pressure, pupil testing, ocular motility, retinal imaging, and lensometry)
• Support in-person and video eye exam appointments as available
• Deliver insertion and removal training to new contact lens wearers; train other team members
• Manage patient flow through the eye exam process
• Maintain accurate data records and comply with privacy policies
