- Act as the primary liaison between doctor and patient, building rapport with exam patients

- Support in-person and video eye exam appointments as available
- Deliver insertion and removal training to new contact lens wearers; train other team members
- Manage patient flow through the eye exam process
- Maintain accurate data records and comply with privacy policies
