Act as the primary liaison between doctor and patient, building rapport.
Perform pre-testing: autorefraction, visual acuity, eye pressure, pupil testing.
Support in-person and video eye exams; train on contact lens insertion/removal.
Manage appointment flow and bookings; outreach for annual exams and lens follow-ups.
Maintain accurate data records; assist with reporting to medical professionals.
Ensure privacy compliance and keep exam rooms organized and stocked.
