📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between doctor and patient.
• Perform preliminary data collection: autorefraction, VA, IOP.
• Support in-person and video-assisted eye exams.
• Train contact lens wearers in insertion/removal; train team.
• Assist appointment confirmations and follow-ups for seamless visits.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and accurate data records.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a medical environment (extra credit).
• CPOT certification preferred.
• Familiar with EMR systems and retinal cameras.
• Proficient with G Suite.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
• Able to learn new medical applications quickly.
