📋 Description

• Act as primary liaison between doctor and patient; build rapport.
• Perform pre-test data collection: autorefraction, visual acuity, IOP, pupil testing.
• Support in-person and video-assisted eye exams.
• Train new contact lens insertion/removal techniques.
• Assist with booking, confirmations, and follow-up to ensure smooth visits.
• Maintain organized exam rooms and accurate data records.
