Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear accurately
Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests
Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers
Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, lifestyle
Collaborate with the team to establish sales and service best practices

🎯 Requirements

Licensed dispensing optician in licensed states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states
Passionate about eyewear and retail
Clear communicator who explains technical terms to customers
Detail-oriented and able to juggle many responsibilities
Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment
Not on LEIE list
