• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer specs
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional customer service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style
• Collaborate to develop best practices for sales and service across the organization
• Represent the brand and educate others about our values and mission

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed dispensing optician where required, or ABO-certified in non-licensing states
• Passionate about eyewear and retail
• Clear, effective communicator who explains terms simply
• Dedicated to going above and beyond for customers and teammates
• Energetic, positive team player in fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail-oriented with wide range of responsibilities
