🎯 Requirements
- Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified in non-licensing states; 2+ years in management
- Strong leader and mentor who drives optical metrics and standards
- Professional and open-minded; able to make decisions for the team
- Able to explain prescription terminology and product options clearly
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Not on LEIE list
