Oversee end-to-end deal flow for new store sites, including LOI and lease negotiations
Lead site feasibility analyses with Store Design and Construction teams
Build committee packages with pro formas and financial results
Develop sales forecasting and cannibalization models
Provide insights on renewals, remodels, relocations, and expansions
Coordinate negotiations with brokers, landlords, and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

5+ years retail real estate leasing with degree or equivalent
Deep knowledge of retail real estate lease language and docs
Excellent negotiator and strong written/verbal communicator
Highly analytical thinker with broad strategic view
Proactive, quick learner and motivated to deliver best output
Excel expert and G-Suite proficient; strong presenter
