🎯 Requirements
- A licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states)
- Passionate about eyewear and retail
- Clear, effective communicator; can explain terms to customers
- Dedicated to going above-and-beyond to help customers and teammates
- Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Open-minded; eager to learn and challenge what you know
- Takes work seriously, but not yourself
- Not on LEIE list of excluded individuals/entities
🎁 Benefits
- Pay range: $22 - $33.75 USD hourly
- Eligible for cash bonus as part of total compensation
