Take/record measurements; adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
Check that eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests
Use your expertise to explain prescription terminology and product offerings
Work with your team to deliver exceptional service
Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle

🎯 Requirements

Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states)
Passionate about eyewear and retail
Clear, effective communicator who can break down technical terms for customers
Not on LEIE (Office of Inspector General’s List)
Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment
Extremely detail-oriented and capable of juggling many responsibilities
