Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear accurately
Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and requests
Explain prescription terminology and product offerings
Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, lifestyle
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service

🎯 Requirements

A licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states
Passionate about eyewear and retail
Clear, professional communicator; can explain terms to customers
Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple responsibilities
Energetic, positive team player; adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Not on the LEIE list
