We’re looking for a Sr. Marketing Supply Manager to take our supply marketing and lead generation to the next level. This is a high-impact role for a fast-paced, data-driven, and independent marketing leader who thrives in startup environments and knows how to build and scale lead pipelines that deliver results.
Independent & Fast-Paced: Thrives in a startup environment, acts with little to no guidance, and responds quickly to evolving needs.
Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong focus on metrics, reporting, and pipeline performance.
Project Management Pro: Skilled at organizing priorities, balancing multiple initiatives, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Marketing Expert: 15+ years of marketing experience, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
Excellent Communicator: Perfect written and spoken English is a must.
Creative Eye: Strong appreciation for design, real estate, and architecture (bonus points if you have a portfolio or prior experience).
Sales-Oriented: If you bring a sales mindset alongside your marketing expertise, you’re the rockstar we’re looking for.
As our Sr. Marketing Supply Manager, you’ll own supply lead generation end-to-end. This includes leading a team of analysts and marketers, managing priorities, and executing strategic campaigns that drive growth.
Lead and develop the Supply Lead Gen Team, setting priorities, managing performance, and reporting results.
Oversee bandwidth planning and contract extensions for Lead Analysts.
Provide oversight and support for LATAM Sales.
Drive international supply growth through a strategic priorities plan.
Manage data vendors and own qualification and enrichment plans
Lead the development and end-to-end execution of Wander’s supply marketing strategy.
Own all supply-side content: pagers, collateral, and other assets.
Produce and distribute the monthly newsletter and blog.
Collect and promote owner testimonials.
Oversee uploads and content maintenance.
Lead creative and distribution for supply social ads.
Develop and execute new property management ad campaigns.
Oversee PM video production and gifting strategies.
Manage Sendoso admin and supply-side engagement tools.
