As part of our fast-growing supply marketing team, you’ll work alongside a Senior Marketing Supply Manager to build lead pipelines, create world-class content, and execute campaigns that directly drive growth. This is a great opportunity for independent, resourceful marketers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make a visible impact.
As a Marketing Specialist Contractor, you’ll provide executional support across content, advertising, and campaign management to ensure our supply marketing initiatives are delivered with excellence.
Content & Collateral
Assist in creating supply-side marketing materials (pagers, presentations, case studies, and testimonials).
Draft and schedule newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
Maintain and update marketing assets to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
Event Planning & Project Management
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person events aimed at engaging property managers and partners.
Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for supply-focused activations.
Track deliverables across cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and initiatives launch on time.
Serve as a project coordinator, keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.
Advertising & Campaign Support
Support content creation of paid social and digital ad campaigns targeting property managers and owners.
Assist with video production coordination, creative requests, and distribution.
Manage gifting tools (e.g., Sendoso) and supply-side engagement programs.
Project Management & Operations
Collaborate with analysts and sales teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and reporting for active campaigns.
Assist with vendor coordination and content uploads.
Independent & Proactive: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you anticipate needs and act quickly.
Marketing-Savvy: 2–5 years of experience in marketing execution, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Detail-Oriented: Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines without letting details slip.
Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal English skills. Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
Creative & Organized: Skilled in content creation and project coordination with an eye for design.
Tech-Friendly: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Canva/Adobe, Google Workspace, and social platforms.
Collaborate with a global, driven, and creative team.
Work on impactful projects with direct visibility to leadership.
Flexibility to work remotely with teams across LATAM.
