North America Legal Operations Manager

• Contract Review & Management
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (vendor, customer, partnership, SaaS, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs).
  • Ensure contracts align with company policies, compliance requirements, and risk appetite.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, redlines, approvals, and execution.
• Legal Operations & Process Improvement
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for contract review and approval.
  • Own and optimize the contract management system (CLM) or related tools.
  • Track and report contract metrics (turnaround times, volume, risk exposure).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to support business needs while protecting company interests.
  • Act as a point of escalation for contract-related questions.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on contract policies and best practices.
• Governance & Compliance
  • Maintain an organized repository of executed contracts and templates.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support audits and regulatory requests as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, paralegal certification, or equivalent legal background preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, contracts management, or related legal/commercial role.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract terms and negotiation practices.
• Experience implementing or managing contract management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with executives and business teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
